3. How we collect it

We collect this information from the website quote form, phone calls, text messages, and in-yard visits.

4. How we use it

We use it to give vehicle quotes, schedule tows and pickups, send ticket numbers and driver contact info, answer parts questions, keep lead records, and send texts only after the person opts in.

5. Text messages

We send automated texts about quotes, pickup times, ticket numbers, parts, and appointments. Typical frequency is 1 to 8 messages per quote or pickup. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to get a quote or buy parts. We keep proof of opt-in and opt-out.

6. We do not sell phone numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

7. Who we share with

We only share information with vendors that help us run the business, such as texting providers, call providers, tow partners, and payment tools. They only get what they need to do the job.

8. How long we keep it

Lead, quote, and opt-in records are kept as long as needed for the job, legal, and tax reasons. Opt-out requests are kept so we do not text that number again.

9. Your choices
