1. Agreement

By using www.acemidtown.com, calling us, texting us, or submitting a quote form, you agree to these terms.

2. What we do

We give cash offers for vehicles and sell auto parts. Quotes are estimates until we inspect the vehicle. An offer can change if the car, title, keys, catalytic converter, tires, or condition do not match what we were told.

3. No obligation

Asking for a quote does not require you to sell. Consent to texts is not required to get a quote or buy parts.

4. Text program terms

Ace Midtown texts opted-in customers about quotes, pickups, ticket numbers, parts, and appointments.

• Frequency: usually 1 to 8 messages per request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
• For help, call 463-336-1409.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell mobile numbers.

5. How people opt in

Website form with an unchecked consent box, or verbal yes on a phone call after we read the text disclosure. We send a confirmation text after a verbal yes.

6. Website use

Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or submit fake leads.

7. Offers and pickup

Pickup and payment follow the offer we confirm. Title and ID rules follow Indiana law. We can refuse a deal if the vehicle or paperwork is not as described.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and quotes are provided as is. We are not liable for carrier text delays.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
